ABOUT US
Need A Hand Services is a locally owned, family-operated exterior cleaning company based in Happy Valley. Owner Elijah brings 14 years of personal window-cleaning experience to the work, experience that started well before he founded the company.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Elijah, owner of Need A Hand Services.
I’ve been cleaning windows for 14 years and have personally cleaned nearly 3,000 homes, including more than 700 in the past three years. I started Need A Hand Services with a simple goal: provide honest, high-quality exterior cleaning that homeowners can truly rely on. In an industry where rushed jobs and poor communication are common, I wanted to build something different, something personal.
Our local team follows the careful process I developed over those years. We show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat every home as if it were our own. Whether we’re cleaning your windows, treating your roof, clearing your gutters, washing your driveway, or installing holiday lights, the focus is always the same: do it right the first time.
As a locally owned business based in Happy Valley and serving West Linn, Gresham, Oregon City, and the surrounding Portland-area communities, we value long-term relationships over quick jobs. Many of our clients become recurring customers year after year, and that trust means everything to me.
If you’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented service with a personal touch, I’d be honored to help care for your home.
Elijah
& Operated
Need A Hand Services is a family business. I'm a father of two, my sister is our technician, and during our busiest seasons my wife helps answer customer messages so nobody waits long for a reply. Because our family name is behind every job, we hold every window, roof, and gutter to the standard we'd expect at our own home. When you hire us, you're working with people who care about doing the work right and taking good care of you along the way.
That family connection shapes how we work. We show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat your home as if it were our own. We inspect every job before we leave, and if the result falls short, we return and make it right at no extra cost.
Owner-led: The person whose name is on the business sets the standard for every job.
Family team: Our technician is Elijah's sister, so the care you see on the job is personal.
Quick replies: In busy seasons, Elijah's wife helps answer messages so nobody waits long.
Our Quality Guarantee
Founded in 2022, Need A Hand Services is built on Elijah’s 14 years of window cleaning experience. We started with a simple goal: to help people care for their homes and bring a little more joy into everyday life, like looking through a clean window instead of at it. We provide high-quality, straightforward exterior cleaning, guided by honesty, integrity, and a professional yet friendly approach.
Every job comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If the result falls short, we return and make it right at no extra cost.
