Roof & gutter care
Send photos showing the roof, moss or debris, gutters, and the height of the home. Roof cleaning, moss treatment, and gutter cleaning have different scopes; your estimate will identify the selected work.
Pressure washing
Tell us which surfaces need attention, their approximate size, and the buildup you are seeing. Surface material, access, and condition help determine the appropriate cleaning plan.
Seasonal Christmas lights
Share roofline photos and the areas you want decorated. Your estimate should identify the installation scope, materials, and any agreed seasonal services.
Govee permanent lights
Include the exact Govee model, kit length, whether you own the lights, and photos of the mounting areas. Access and mounting requirements affect the installation estimate.

A fixed price can miss important differences between properties. We provide an estimate based on the actual service, access, condition, and materials so you can review the scope before booking.
Are screens and tracks included?
Light screen cleaning and a frame and sill wipe are included with our standard interior and exterior window-cleaning service. Detailed screen cleaning and detailed track cleaning are additional services quoted for your property.
Can I request more than one service?
Yes. Tell us everything you would like considered, and we can prepare an estimate for the selected work. Any combined pricing will be shown in the quote.
Can I send photos to help with the estimate?
Yes. Photos, approximate quantities, and your service address help us understand the job. We may need an on-site assessment to confirm access or other details.
